تنبيه هام: نرجو قراءة شروط وأحكام تطبيق تشاو نكست  للمستخدمين هذه (“الشروط”) قبل الدخول إلى تطبيق وخدمات تشاو نكست أو استخدامها.

تبين هذه الشروط والأحكام (“الشروط”) الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بتطبيق وخدمات تشاو نكست  للمستخدمين حسبما تقدمها شركة تشاو نكست من خلال شركة تشاو نكست  مصر ش.ذ.م.م. أو أية شركة تابعة أو شقيقة لها (“تشاو نكست ”). 

يخضع دخولكم إلى تطبيق وخدمات تشاو نكست  للمستخدمين أو استخدامها في جمهورية مصر العربية (“مصر”) لهذه الشروط بما فيها وعلى سبيل المثال لا الحصر الشروط الخاصة بحفظ البيانات الشخصية ونقلها ومشاركتها والسرية والملكية الفكرية والتعاملات مع الأطراف الثالثة وتعويضاتها. في حالة عدم موافقتكم على هذه الشروط أو رغبتكم في عدم الاستمرار في استخدام تطبيق تشاو نكست  للمستخدمين يجب عليكم عدم الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق أو الدخول على خدماته أو استخدامها. استمراركم في الدخول إلى التطبيق واستخدام الخدمات يعني موافقتكم على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.
ترتبط هذه الشروط باستخدام التطبيق وخدمات تشاو نكست  المتاحة على تطبيق تشاو نكست  طبقا لما هو مفصل أدناه.

سياسات الاستخدام

- تعريفات
“التطبيق” تطبيق تشاو نكست  للهاتف المحمول الذى يتيح لعملاء تشاو نكست  شراء المنتجات المنزلية، وتوصيلها لمنازلهم ويتيح التطبيق خدمات تسويقية سلسة وذكية لجميع الاحتياجات المنزلية وخدمات البيع الإلكتروني للجمهور، وذلك عن طريق تحميل تطبيق على الهاتف المحمول او الموقع الرسمي للمستخدم.

وتمكن تلك المنصة الكترونية الجهات المرخص لها من عرض منتجاتها وخدماتها المرخص بها بالإضافة لإتاحة مضمون إعلاني من خلالها.
“المستخدم” أو “أنت” تعني أي شخص طبيعى في مصر سواء مصرى أو أجنبى لا يقل سنه عن 18 عام يقوم بتنزيل التطبيق على هاتفه المحمول آو من خلال الموقع الرسمي ويقوم بإتمام عملية تسجيل بياناته وإدخال اسمه وبريده الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفة المحمول وكافة البيانات المطلوبة والحصول على رسالة نصية عبر هاتفه المحمول او البريد الالكتروني تؤكد عملية تسجيله بشكل سليم بالتطبيق ويوافق صراحة على تلك الشروط.

توافق على تحديث وتعديل بيانات التسجيل أعلاه إن لزم لك من وقت لآخر وفقاً لسياسة تشاو نكست .
“المنتجات “أي منتجات يتم بيعها من تشاو نكست  إلى العميل وفقاً للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية عبر التطبيق.
المنتجات الشخصية والمنتجات سريعة التلف: المنتجات المشار إليها في المواد أرقام 13 و26 من اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون حماية المستهلك الصادرة بقرار رقم 882 لسنة 2019 والتي لا يجوز فيها طلب العدول عن التعاقد في شأنها بدون أسباب خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ استلامها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
كافة السلع التي تكون خصائصها أو طريقة تعبئتها وتغليفها تحول دون استبدالاها أو ردها أو يستحيل إعادتها إلى حالاتها الطبيعية عند التعاقد.

“الفاتورة الإلكترونية”: تعني الفاتورة الالكترونية التي يتم إصدارها من قبل تشاو نكست  عبر التطبيق إلى العميل وتتضمن التاريخ واسم العميل ونوع وسعر وعدد المنتجات المباعة وسعرها.

-شروط الاتفاق
تمثل هذه الشروط اتفاق قانوني ملزم بينك وبين تشاو نكست  مصر ش.ذ.م.م، شركة ذات مسئولية محدودة مؤسسة وفقاً لأحكام القوانين المصرية ؛ وبتنزيلك أو تحميلك أو استخدامك التطبيق لأغراض فتح حساب أو الدخول على الخدمات أو استخدامها فإنك:
(أ) توافق على أنك قد قرأت وفهمت وقبلت ووافقت على هذه الشروط؛ و
(ب) تقر بأن موافقتك الصريحة على هذه الشروط ستطبق تلقائيا بمجرد استخدامك للتطبيق والخدمات؛ و
(ج) تقر وتوافق على أن تشاو نكست  وأي شركة من مجموعة شركاتها أو شركاتها الشقيقة أو التابعة تقدم كل خدمة من  الخدمات المشار إليها أدناه؛ و


(ه) تقر وتوافق علي أن تشاو نكست  لها الحق في إنهاء الدخول علي حسابكم علي الفور في حالة مخالفتك لأي من هذه الشروط.


(ز) تقر وتوافق صراحة على أنك مسئول وحدك عن صحة بياناتك وعن حسابك وكلمة السر التى قمت بإدخالهم بمعرفتك للوصول لحسابك الخاص عبر التطبيق ولك الحق وحدك في استخدام الحساب استخداماً شخصياً ولا يجوز لأي شخص أخر غيرك استخدام الحساب وفي حالة مخالفة أي مما سبق تقر وتوافق صراحة على أن تشاو نكست  لها الحق المطلق في إنهاء الدخول على حسابك وإنهاء هذه الشروط في هذه الحالة.
(ح) توافق صراحة على أن تشاو نكست  قد تحصل على بعض أو كل بياناتك الشخصية المتاحة على التطبيق وتوافق على مشاركة تشاو نكست  لتلك البيانات مع أي من موظفيها أو شركاتها التابعة او الغير لإتاحة الخدمات محل هذه الشروط مع مراعاة أحكام قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المطبق.
(ن) تقر وتوافق صراحة على أن تشاو نكست  غير مسئولة عن أي محتوى إعلاني عن منتجات أو خدمات الخ. متاح على التطبيق وأن الجهة المعلنة هي المسئولة عن الحصول على التراخيص والموافقات اللازمة لإتاحة هذا المضمون الإعلاني عن منتجاتها أو خدماتها دون أدنى مسئولية على تشاو نكست .

- استخدام تطبيق وخدمات تشاو نكست  
يجب عليك إنشاء حساب فعال وساري على التطبيق من أجل استخدام خدمات تشاو نكست  باتباع الخطوات كما هو مفصل أدناه:

تقوم بتحميل التطبيق على هاتفك المحمول، وتوافق صراحة على هذه الشروط وتقوم بإدخال البيانات التالية:

تقوم بإدخال اسم التعريف للدخول إلى حسابك على التطبيق عن طريق إدخال بريدك الإلكتروني، و

تقوم بإدخال رقم هاتفك المحمول،
تقوم بإدخال عنوانك، و
أي بيانات أخرى يطلبها التطبيق وفقا للتعديلات المدخلة عليه من وقت لآخر، و
تتسلم رسالة قصيرة على بريدك الالكتروني تتضمن كود تعريفى، و
تقوم بإدخال الكود التعريفى،
فور استقبالك للكود التعريفي وتقوم بإدخاله تستطيع الدخول إلى التطبيق لشراء المنتجات.
طلب المنتجات:
يجب عليك إنشاء حساب فعال وساري على التطبيق من أجل شراء المنتجات كما هو مفصل أدناه:
تقوم بالبحث على التطبيق من خلال خاصية البحث على المنتجات التي ترغب في شرائها والمتاحة والمتوفرة على التطبيق، و
تقوم بوضع المنتجات المعروضة على التطبيق في عربة الشراء، و
تقوم بإدخال عنوان التوصيل، و
تقوم بمراجعة الطلب واختيار طريقة السداد  الملائمة والتأكيد على ذلك،
تتسلم تـأكيد أن طلبك قد تم تقديمه بنجاح.
تقر وتوافق صراحة بموجب هذا على أن المنتجات التي يتم شراؤها والمعروضة على التطبيق تقوم تشاو نكست  ببيعها مباشرة لك حال توافرها. 
توافق صراحة على أن كمية المنتجات المتوفرة على التطبيق قد يتم تحديثها من وقت إلى آخر وفقاً لتوفرها.  
تقر وتوافق صراحة بموجب هذا على أن سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع الخاصة بالمنتجات سواء المنتجات العادية أو المنتجات الشخصية أو المنتجات سريعة التلف المعروضة من خلال التطبيق سوف تخضع لأحكام قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 182 لسنة 2018 ولائحته التنفيذية وأي تعديلات قد تطرأ عليهما. 

 

- التعديل والانهاء
يحق لتشاو نكست  إنهاء هذه الشروط وانهاء الخدمات عن طريق تقديم إخطار مسبق لك على التطبيق أو على البريد الإلكتروني مدته 72 ساعة قبل سريان الانهاء دون الوقوف على موافقتك، وتعتبر موافقتك على الشروط والاستمرار في الدخول على الخدمات بمثابة موافقة مسبقة على منح تشاو نكست  هذا الحق بإرادتها المنفردة؛
يحق لتشاو نكست  تعديل هذه الشروط دون الوقوف على موافقتك، وتعتبر موافقتك على الشروط والاستمرار في الدخول على الخدمات بمثابة موافقة مسبقة على منح تشاو نكست  هذا الحق بإرادتها المنفردة؛
(ب) مع عدم الاخلال بحق تشاو نكست  في انهاء الشروط وفقا للبند (أ) يحق لتشاو نكست  انهاء هذه الشروط على الفور أو أي خدمات مقدمة فيما يخصك، أو(ب) بوجه عام إيقاف تقديم الخدمات أو منع الدخول عليها أو أي جزء منها في أي وقت في حالة مخالفتك لهذه الشروط. 

-غلق الحساب لعدم الاستخدام 
سيظل حسابك على التطبيق سارياً لمدة ]_ من تاريخ اخر استخدام للتطبيق في حالة عدم استخدامك للحساب لمدة12 شهر متتالية قد يتم غلق الحساب تلقائيا.

-هوية العميل واكتشاف الاحتيال وقوانين حماية البيانات الشخصية والجرائم الالكترونية
تقر و توافق صراحة بموجب هذا على أنه من أجل توفير الأمان لك ولمنع الاحتيال أو سرقة الهوية الشخصية والامتثال لقوانين وأنظمة حماية البيانات الشخصية والجرائم الالكترونية (حسب الاقتضاء)، ستطلب تشاو نكست  منكم معلومات عند فتح حساب التطبيق الخاص بكم وذلك لتأكيد هويتك من أجل السماح لك بفتح حساب على  التطبيق والاحتفاظ به، واستخدام الخدمات. وقد نطلب منك أيضًا تحديث معلوماتك والتحقق منها من وقت لآخر، حيث تعد هذه إحدى الطرق التي تستطيع بها تشاو نكست  ضمان أنك الشخص الوحيد الذي يمكنه الوصول إلى حسابك عبر التطبيق.
يجوز لتشاو نكست  تأجيل عملية دخولك على التطبيق والخدمات لحين امتثالك لطلب المعلومات هذا أو غير ذلك من خطوات التحقق التي قد تطلبها تشاو نكست  في أي وقت.
7-خدمات تشاو نكست :
تحتفظ تشاو نكست  بالحق في تعديل نطاق الخدمات لكي تضيف خدمات أخرى و/أو تعديلها وتعديل شروطها. يجوز استخدام التطبيق في مصر فقط. 

- سياسة السداد
أنت توافق صراحة على سداد مقابل المنتجات أو الخدمات  التي طلبتها عبر التطبيق مباشرة نقدا أو عن طريق البطاقة  ة  عند الاستلام أو مقدما عن طريق البطاقة  البنكية أو الائتمانية  حسب الأحوال ووفقا لشروط الدفع الخاصة بأي منهم.


إنك توافق على إضافة بيانات الكارت البنكي الخاص بك على التطبيق (إن وجد) لخيارات السداد الإلكتروني عبر التطبيق من خلال شركاء تشاو نكست  من مقدمي خدمات الدفع المرخص لهم.

- سياسة الإلغاء، والاستبدال، والاسترجاع
أنت توافق على شروط إلغاء الطلب التالية:

1.     يحق لك إلغاء الطلب عبر التطبيق طالما ان الطلب لم يتم ارساله دون سداد أي مصاريف.
2.     في حالة ارسال الطلب وعدم استلامه يقوم بسداد مقابل مصاريف إلغاء لا تتعدى (١٠) جنيه مصري.
3. وفي جميع الأحوال، ومع عدم الإخلال بأحكام قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 182 لسنة 2018 ولائحته التنفيذية وأي تعديلات تسري عليهم:
يحق لك م معاينة المنتجات وقت التسليم واسترجاع أي منها مع مندوب التوصيل على ان يتم خصم ذلك من عربة الشراء الخاصة بكم ويتم سداد المنتجات المستلمة فقط من جانبك م.
 
ويحق لك م استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات خلال فترة لا تجاوز 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام.
 
وفي حالة شرائك منتجات شخصية أو منتجات سريعة التلف لا يحق استرجاعها أو استبدالها إلا وفقاُ لأحكام قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 182 لسنة 2018 ولائحته التنفيذية وأي تعديلات تسري عليهم.

 
في حالة استرجاع المنتجات تلتزم تشاو نكست  برد ثمن المنتجات عبر الطرق التالية:


1.     في حالة السداد عن طريق البطاقات البنكية المدفوعة مقدما أو كروت الائتمان يتم استرجاع المبلغ عن طريق مقدمي خدمات الدفع المتعاقدين مع تشاو نكست  خلال المدة المتعارف عليها للسداد في هذه الحالة من قبل البنوك.
2.     في حالة السداد عن طريق الدفع النقدي عند الاستلام يتم استرجاع المبلغ عن طريق رصيد دائن للعميل بقيمة المبلغ في التطبيق يحق له شراء أي منتج معروض في التطبيق من تاريخ استلام المنتجات المرتجعة وفحصها من قبل تشاو نكست .

- التوصيل والشحن

مدة التجهيز والشحن:

يتم تسليم كل طلبية لشركة الشحن خلال مدة أقصاها ثلاثة أيام عمل من تاريخ إتمام عملية الدفع في حال توفر المنتج في مستودعاتنا، وأما المنتجات غير المتوفرة فيتم إعلام العميل بموعد توفرها لدينا ليقرر المضي في الشراء من عدمه بناء على ذلك..

 حدود المسؤولية:

يتحمل الموقع كامل المسؤولية في تسليم المنتج بحالته الأصلية دون أي تلف لشركة النقل الوسيطة ، وفي حال وجود أي تلف تسبب فيه الشركة الناقلة فإن المسؤولية تكون على عاتقها، ويتوجب على العميل فحص المنتج والتأكد من سلامته من أي قبل مغادرة مندوب التوصيل، وفي حال وجود أي تلف بالمنتج يعيده لها فوراً ويقدم بلاغاً بذلك لدى الشركة الناقلة في مقرها لمعالجة المشكلة التي تسببت بها، وفي حال امتناعها يتم إشعارنا لاتخاذ مايلزم من جانبنا.

لا يتحمل متجرنا التأخير الناتج عن أسباب تتعلق بشركات الشحن.

تكاليف الشحن:

لأننا ملتزمون بسياسة التسعير العادلة لمنتجاتنا فإننا نقدم سياسة شحن تتسم بالمرونة والعدالة وبالتالي فإن تكاليف الشحن تكون مدونة بجوار كل منتج من منتجاتنا حيث يقوم العميل باختيار  ومعرفة الرسوم بشكل فوري

المناطق التي نقوم بتوصيل لها حاليا الشيخ زايد بمحافظة الجيزة.

 

-الاستخدام غير المرخص به لحسابكم والأنشطة الاحتيالية 
إنك توافق على إخطار تشاو نكست  فوراً عند علمكم بأي نشاط ينطوي على احتيال أو سرقة الحساب الخاص بك على التطبيق. 
يجوز توجيه الإخطارات إلى تشاو نكست  عن طريق التطبيق أو البريد الالكتروني إنك وحدك مسئول عن إخطار   info@chownext.com  بأي اختيال يتعلق بحسابك. 
إنك توافق على أن تشاو نكست  ليست مسئولة عن الاستخدام غير المرخص به لحسابك على التطبيق. تحتفظ تشاو نكست  (وفقا لمطلق تقديرها) بالحق في تعليق أو إلغاء أي استخدام للتطبيق حينما تشك تشاو نكست  في أنه تم الحصول على تطبيقها أو استخدامه على نحو احتيالي أو غير مشروع أو غير قانوني، أو ينطوي على نشاط إجرامي، أو غير ذلك في حالة مخالفتكم لهذه الشروط.  
إنك تقر بموجب هذا بأن تشاو نكست  هي المالك الوحيد للتطبيق و/أو خدمات ذات صلة. 

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام للقانون المصري.
اتفق الأطراف على أن أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو ذات صله بها سيتم إحالته وحسمه نهائياً من قبل المحاكم المصرية المختصة. 

 

Important Notice: Please read these ChowNext User Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before accessing or using the ChowNext User Application and Services.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the terms and conditions for the ChowNext User Application and Services as provided by ChowNext B.V. through ChowNext Egypt LLC or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries (“ChowNext”).

Your access to or use of the ChowNext User Application and Services in the Arab Republic of Egypt (“Egypt”) is subject to these Terms, including, but not limited to, the terms relating to the retention, transfer, and sharing of personal data, confidentiality, intellectual property, dealings with third parties, and compensation. If you do not agree to these Terms or wish to discontinue using the ChowNext User Application, you must cease using the Application or accessing or using its services. Your continued access to the Application and use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

These terms relate to the use of the application and the ChowNext services available on the ChowNext application as detailed below.

Definitions

“The Application” refers to the ChowNext mobile application that allows ChowNext customers to purchase household products and have them delivered to their homes. The application provides seamless and smart marketing services for all household needs and e-commerce services to the public, accessible by downloading the application to the user's mobile phone or through the official website.

This electronic platform enables licensed entities to showcase their licensed products and services, in addition to providing advertising content.

“User” or “you” means any natural person in Egypt, whether Egyptian or foreign, aged 18 or older, who downloads the application to their mobile phone or through the official website, completes the registration process by entering their name, email address, mobile phone number, and all other required information, receives a text message on their mobile phone confirming their successful registration, and expressly agrees to these terms and conditions.

You agree to update and modify the above registration information as needed from time to time in accordance with ChowNext's policy.

“Products” means any products sold by ChowNext to the customer in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Arab Republic of Egypt through the application.

Personal and Perishable Goods: These are the products referred to in Articles 13 and 26 of the Executive Regulations of the Consumer Protection Law issued by Decree No. 882 of 2019, for which cancellation of the contract is not permitted without cause within 14 days of the date of receipt. Examples include, but are not limited to:

All goods whose characteristics or packaging prevent their exchange or return, or which cannot be restored to their original condition at the time of contracting.

“Electronic Invoice” means the electronic invoice issued by ChowNext to the customer through the application, which includes the date, customer name, type, price, and quantity of products sold.

2- Terms of Agreement
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ChowNext Egypt LLC, a limited liability company established in accordance with the provisions of Egyptian law. By downloading, installing, or using the application for the purpose of opening an account, accessing, or using the services, you:
(a) agree that you have read, understood, accepted, and agree to these Terms;
(b) acknowledge that your express acceptance of these Terms will automatically apply upon your use of the application and services;
(c) acknowledge and agree that ChaoNext and any of its group companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries provide each of the services referred to below; and

(e) acknowledge and agree that ChaoNext has the right to terminate your access to your account immediately if you violate any of these Terms.

(g) expressly acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your data, your account, and the password you have entered to access your account through the application. You have the sole right to use the account for personal purposes only, and no one else may use the account. In the event of any violation of the above, you expressly acknowledge and agree that ChaoNext has the absolute right to terminate your access to your account and terminate these Terms in such case.

(h) You expressly agree that ChaoNext may obtain some or all of your personal data available on the application and you consent to ChaoNext sharing that data with any of its employees, affiliates, or third parties to provide the services covered by these Terms, subject to the provisions of applicable personal data protection laws.

(n) You expressly acknowledge and agree that ChaoNext is not responsible for any advertising content for products or services, etc., available on the application, and that the advertiser is responsible for obtaining the necessary licenses and approvals to make such advertising content available for its products or services, without any liability on the part of ChaoNext.

3- Using the ChowNext App and Services

You must create an active and valid account on the app to use ChowNext services by following the steps detailed below:

Download the app to your mobile phone, expressly agree to these terms and conditions, and enter the following information:

Enter your username to log in to your app account by entering your email address.

Enter your mobile phone number.

Enter your address.

Include any other information requested by the app as it is updated from time to time.

You will receive a text message on your email containing an identification code.

Enter the identification code. Once you receive and enter the identification code, you can log in to the app to purchase products.

Ordering Products:

You must create an active and valid account on the app to purchase products, as detailed below:

Search the app for the products you wish to purchase that are available and in stock.

Add the products displayed on the app to your shopping cart.

Enter your delivery address.

Review your order, select your preferred payment method, and confirm.

You will receive confirmation that your order has been successfully submitted.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that the products purchased and displayed on the app are sold directly to you by Chao Next upon availability.

You expressly agree that the quantity of products available on the app may be updated from time to time according to availability.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that the exchange and return policy for products, whether regular, personal, or perishable, displayed through the app will be subject to the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 182 of 2018 and its executive regulations, as well as any amendments thereto.

4- Modification and Termination

ChowNext reserves the right to terminate these terms and services by providing you with 72 hours' prior notice via the application or email, without requiring your consent. Your continued use of the services constitutes prior consent to granting ChaoNext this right at its sole discretion.

ChowNext reserves the right to modify

 

Your account on the application will remain active for [X 12 months] from the date of your last use of the application. If you do not use your account for 12 consecutive months, it may be automatically closed.

6. Customer Identity, Fraud Detection, and Data Protection and Cybercrime Laws
You hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that, in order to provide you with security, prevent fraud or identity theft, and comply with applicable data protection and cybercrime laws and regulations, Chao Next will request information from you when you open your application account to confirm your identity and allow you to open and maintain an account and use the services. We may also ask you to update and verify your information from time to time. This is one of the ways Chao Next can ensure that you are the only person who can access your account through the application.

Chao Next may delay your access to the application and services until you comply with this information request or any other verification steps that Chao Next may require at any time. 7- Chao Next Services:

Chao Next reserves the right to modify the scope of services to add other services and/or modify their terms and conditions. The application may only be used in Egypt.

8- Payment Policy
You expressly agree to pay for products or services ordered through the application directly in cash, by bank or credit card at a POS terminal upon delivery, or in advance by bank or credit card, as applicable and according to the payment terms of each.

You agree to add your bank card details to the application (if applicable) for electronic payment options through Chao Next's authorized payment service providers.

 

9- Cancellation, Exchange, and Return Policy

You agree to the following order cancellation terms:

1. You have the right to cancel your order through the application as long as it has not yet been shipped, without incurring any fees.

2. If the order has been shipped but not received, a cancellation fee not exceeding (10) Egyptian pounds will be charged.

3. In all cases, and without prejudice to the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 182 of 2018 and its executive regulations and any amendments thereto:

You have the right to inspect the products upon delivery and return any of them with the delivery representative. The cost will be deducted from your shopping cart, and you will only be responsible for paying for the products received.

You have the right to return or exchange products within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of receipt.

In the case of purchasing personal or perishable products, you may not return or exchange them except in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 182 of 2018 and its executive regulations and any amendments thereto.

In the event of product returns, ChaoNext is committed to refunding the purchase price through the following methods:

1. For payments made via prepaid or credit cards, the refund will be processed through ChaoNext's contracted payment service providers within the standard processing timeframe for such returns.

2. For payments made via cash on delivery, the refund will be credited to the customer's account within the app, allowing them to purchase any product offered on the app from the date the returned items are received and inspected by ChaoNext.

10- Delivery and Shipping

Processing and Shipping Time:

Each order is delivered to the shipping company within a maximum of three business days from the date of payment, provided the product is available in our warehouses. For products that are not currently in stock, the customer will be notified of the expected availability date so they can decide whether or not to proceed with the purchase.

Limits of Liability:

The website is fully responsible for delivering the product in its original condition, without any damage, to the shipping company. If any damage is caused by the shipping company, the responsibility lies with them. The customer must inspect the product and ensure its condition before the delivery person leaves. If the product is damaged, it must be returned immediately, and a report must be filed with the shipping company at their headquarters to address the issue. If the shipping company refuses to address the issue, we must be notified so we can take the necessary action.

Our store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.

Shipping Costs:

Because we are committed to fair pricing for our products, we offer a flexible and equitable shipping policy. Shipping costs are listed next to each product, allowing customers to easily select and view the fees.

Currently, we deliver to Sheikh Zayed in Giza Governorate.

11- Unauthorized Use of Your Account and Fraudulent Activities

You agree to notify Chownext immediately if you become aware of any activity involving fraud or theft of your account on the application.

Notifications may be sent to Chownext via the application or email (info@chownext.com). You are solely responsible for notifying Chownext of any fraud related to your account.

You agree that Chownext is not responsible for the unauthorized use of your account on the application. ChowNext reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to suspend or terminate any use of the application if it suspects that the application was obtained or used fraudulently, illegally, or in connection with criminal activity, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

You hereby acknowledge that ChowNext is the sole owner of the application and/or related services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Egyptian law.

The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the final and binding judgment of the competent Egyptian courts.
